The client approached QuikCut in search of a partner with the capabilities to produce various custom structural members – typically used for D.O.T. work including temporary bridge supports and sound barrier wall columns.
The client approached QuikCut with time-sensitive production needs to capture overwhelming growth opportunities. More specifically, with the rapidly increasing demand for their products, the client required a trusted partner that could deliver with little notice, all while upholding quality standards.
QuikCut has been making storage tanks for our client for more than 25 years. Part of the service this particular client offers to its customers is a variety of coating choices, including one that includes an extended warranty. This particular option is an expensive one for the client and doesn’t always translate positively to its bottom line.
The client approached QuikCut with twelve platforms ranging in size from 12’ to 14-1/2’ wide by 45’ long. The platforms were designed with a structural torsion box frame and a tread-plate deck, all fully welded. The frames needed to be held flat and square within 1/8”.
